The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) published new regulations expanding the �provisional waiver,� a procedure that enables certain undocumented immigrants that have U.S. citizen spouses or parents to effectively obtain �pre-approval� for reentry before they apply for immigrant visas within their country of origin.
